Студентски културни центар Нови Сад је Установа основана 1993. године и од великог је значаја за културни живот младих у Новом Саду.
Програмско деловање Установе одвија се кроз књижевно, позоришно, музичко и ликовно стваралаштво, инсистирањем на правим уметничким вредностима, чиме врши образовну улогу код младих. Посебно место припада младим талентима и њиховом афирмисању.
Најзначајније манифестације у продукцији СКЦ НС су: РИТАМ ЕВРОПЕ, To Be.Punk.Festival, НОВОСАДСКИ СТРИП ВИКЕНД, ФЕСТИВАЛ САВРЕМЕНОГ ПЛЕСА TANZ PLATZ, ПОЗОРИШНИ ФЕСТИВАЛ УПАД.
У области позоришног стваралаштва СКЦ Нови Сад организује гостовања позоришних представа разних позоришта, како професионалних тако и аматерских. Такође, у оквиру сопствене позоришне продукције СКЦ НС партнерски реализује низ позоришних представа са формалним и неформалним позоришним трупама.
У области ликовне уметности организују се изложбе студената Академије уметности, као и различити уметнички пројекти у сарадњи са другим уметничким асоцијацијама, из земље и региона.
У области књижевног стваралаштва активност је усмерена на сарадњу са афирмисаним писцима, али и са младим ствараоцима. Организују се књижевне трибине у облику тематских циклуса, промоција књига, књижевних часописа и стрип издања, промоције часописа у којима млади први пут објављују своје радове, док посебно место заузима издавачка делатност.
У области музичког стваралаштва пажња се посвећује музичким талентима организовањем наступа студената Академије уметности. Осим концерата класичне музике СКЦ Нови Сад редовно организује и концерте рок музике младих бендова, што је и мисија Установе. Концерти афирмисаних бендова из земље и иностранства такође су саставни део програмских активности.
Такође се бавимо организацијом великог броја говорних програма, радионица, промоција књига и музичких издања, како из сопствене продукције, тако и других издавача. У нашем програмском простору публика има прилике да посећује и разне врсте берзи (стрип, винил, берзе дизајна, ручних радова…).
На годишњем нивоу СКЦ НС реализује преко 60 концерата, 40 колективних и самосталних изложби, 40 говорних програма, радионица и берзи, две позоришне представе, 10 књижевних/музичких издања и њихових промоција и четири велика фестивала.
Посећеност програма креће се од неколико десетина посетилаца на мањим програмима (радионицама, изложбама…) до неколико десетина хиљада на великим фестивалима.
Своје програме СКЦ НС реализујена две локације:

Аbout Us
Students’ Cultural Center Novi Sad was founded in 1993 and since then has been of great importance for the cultural life of young people in Novi Sad.
The program activities of the Institution include literary, theatrical, musical and artistic creation and production, with focus on true artistic values, through which its educational role among young people is presented. A special place in the work of SCC Novi Sad belongs to young talents and their affirmation.
The most important events in the production of SCC are Rhythm of Europe (Ritam Evrope), To.Be.Punk.Festival, Novi Sad Comic Books Weekend (Novosadski strip vikend), Contemporary dance festival „Tanz Platz“ (Festival savremenog plesa „Tanz Platz“) and Theatre festival „Upad“.
In the theatre domain, SCC Novi Sad organizes guest performances of various theaters, both professional and amateur. Also, within its own theater production, SCC Novi Sad forms partnerships with formal and informal theater troupes through theater performances.
In the fine arts domain, SCC Novi Sad organizes exhibitions of students of the Academy of Arts, and organizes and hosts various art projects in cooperation with other art associations, from the country and the region.
In the domain of literature, the activities of SCC Novi Sad are focused on cooperation with well-known writers, but also with young and unaffirmed authors. Discussions on literature are organized in the form of thematic cycles, as well as book promotions, literary magazine and comic books promotions. Supporting and promoting magazines that contain works of young people who publish for the first time are among important literary activities, as well as its own publishing activities in general.
In the music domain, special attention is paid to musical talents by organizing performances by students of the Academy of Arts. In addition to classical music concerts, SCC Novi Sad regularly organizes rock music concerts of young and unaffirmed bands, to give them visibility and provide promotion, which is one of the key goals of the Institution. Concerts of well-known bands from the country and abroad are also an integral part of the SCC Novi Sad program activities.
Besides all abovementioned, SCC Novi Sad also organizes a large number of panel discussions, workshops, promotion of books and music editions, both from its own production and from other publishers. In the official venue of SCC – Fabrika, the audience has the opportunity to visit various markets – comics, vinyl, design exchanges, handicrafts, etc.
At the annual level, SCC NS organizes over 60 concerts, 40 collective and solo exhibitions, 40 discussions, workshops and markets, two theater performances, it produces 10 literary/musical editions and organizes their promotions, as well as four major festivals.
Attendance at SCC NS events ranges from a few dozen visitors of smaller programs (workshops, exhibitions…) to several tens of thousands of major festivals.
For years, SCC NS organized its programs in two locations: Factory (Fabrika) and Ship Theatre (Brod teatar), while now all the program activities are organized only in main program space – SCCNS Factory.
SCCNS is the winner of the annual October Award of the City of Novi Sad in 2011 for its contribution in the field of culture and education, contribution to the promotion of multiculturalism and impact on the social life of young people.
