SKCNS was finally able to organise the festival on “home ground”. The Fabrika proved to be the ideal space for this kind of event, and we hope that we have, at the third attempt, after the Podijum and MFAM, finally become the true “hosts” (in the original sense of the word) of To Be Punk Festival. The biggest buzz was certainly around the arrival of the legendary Oi! band, Cockney Rejects, who directly influenced the musical tastes of many people in Novi Sad, as well as numerous young local bands. Apart from the famous East London crew, the two-day festival also featured Spanish ska band Oferta Especial, then The Works from Holland, and the fantastic American band The Cute Lepers. On the first night, the crowd could hardly wait for the local legends the Mitesers, who as a foursome played one of their best concerts ever. Aside from them, the local bands who played were Vrisak Generacije, Ringišpil and The Bayonets. Debeli Precjednik from Osijek were the most convincing band from the wider region, and other than them, the crowd was able to see Fiskalni Racun, Gavrilo Princip, Diskurz, Totalna Rasprodaja and DST
